New safe and informative
entrance road up to
the cultural reserve
The project aims to create a more welcoming, safe, and informative entrance road from the parking lot up to the cultural reserve Linnés Råshult.
About the project
Today, the road is perceived as dull, unsafe, and noisy with the main line and industrial area nearby. Through artistic design, information signs, and sign stands with seating, visitors will have a positive experience upon arrival. The signs will provide knowledge about Linné's scientific work, the cultural environment, and the nature in the area, as well as inspire more visits in the local area. The project contributes to increased accessibility, safety, and attractiveness for the cultural reserve and adjacent paths.

The Foundation Linnés Råshult
The board's motivation
LAG prioritizes the project, as it is an investment in sustainable development that takes advantage of the historical values associated with the site. This means a strengthening of the cultural value and the reserve, where one brings in, leads, and inspires to discover Linné's legacy. The accessibility of the cultural reserve increases.
