The community center in Hjälshammar and Nöbbeled will be renovated to function as a safety point in case of crisis or war. The association wants to create a place where residents can get warmth, water, information, and support if the community is affected by a serious event. The plan is to install a wood stove and fireplace, renovate the chimney, buy a generator, and train residents in crisis preparedness. The work is done in collaboration with local residents and builds on MSB's call to strengthen local preparedness.
