The project aims to make Ljungby center more attractive through increased collaboration between the municipality, property owners, and associations. With the help of the BID model (Business Improvement District), a joint plan with goals, activities, and cooperation agreements is developed. The project also includes a visitor analysis with flow measurements to understand how people move in the center. The goal is a vibrant center with more visitors, increased trade, and safer meeting places.
