Nydala Village Association wants to develop Nydala Café into a safe meeting place that works even during power outages and societal disturbances. Through investments in preparedness, both social community and the village's resilience in crisis are strengthened.

About the project

The project aims to strengthen local preparedness in Nydala by developing Nydala Café into a safe and functioning gathering place in crisis, power outages, and other societal disturbances. The café has become a central meeting place for associations, study circles, and social community in recent years, and the project builds on previous preparedness efforts within the leader project. Strengthen the community.

Through the project, a modern insert stove will be installed, the chimney will be adapted, and necessary inspections and approvals will be carried out. The project also contributes to developing the village's established meeting place, which strengthens both social sustainability and local resilience.
