About the project
Sävsjö municipality wants to give local actors the chance to learn from Newcastle United's successes, which largely build on humility and respect for both teammates and leaders. The project aims to inspire children and young people in the municipality to strive for their best and have a professional attitude. Through school visits, football training, workshops, and study visits from players of Newcastle United, the project will create meetings where mutual learning and personal development are in focus.

The board's motivation
The project is an initiative for a social meeting week that unites people both locally and internationally. Applying and involved associations and entrepreneurs will be able to benefit from the knowledge-enhancing efforts in their future value-based work.
