Växjö municipality wants to renew the association life by developing and testing new forms of association management. The project Association leadership in a new spirit aims to make it easier and more attractive to engage in board work, especially for young adults and new target groups. Through collaboration with Linnaeus University and the Study Association Vuxenskolan, educational concepts and methods are developed that strengthen leadership, democracy, and engagement in associations. The goal is to create modern and sustainable ways to lead and develop associations in rural areas.
