The project is a pre-study that will investigate the possibilities of building new mark apartments in Lidhult for elderly people who want to stay in the community when their current housing is no longer an option. The need for accessible housing is great while the supply is limited.

The pre-study will provide a basis for a future construction project, among other things by mapping demand, producing drawings, calculations, and financing solutions. The plans include 6-8 apartments with common areas that can contribute to increased community, reduced loneliness, and better quality of life. The project is carried out in collaboration between local associations, businesses, residents, and the municipality.
