About the micro-support
Accidents, floods, fires, droughts, storms, IT failures, wars… We do not know exactly what crises or changes society will face in the future, but we can become better prepared to handle them. In our communities, we also need to be able to meet and adapt to climate change. With the Rusta bygden fund, your association can realize ideas that make your community more sustainable and resilient.
What can one apply for?
You can, for example, apply for micro-support to:
- Training and courses related to preparedness
- Workshops or lectures for the public
- Purchase of equipment to prevent or cope with various crises
- Cultivation, preparation, and storage related to food preparedness
- The work of developing local action plans
- Ideas that contribute to sustainable development in the community
- Ideas that can strengthen biodiversity
- Renewable energy
- Risk analyses related to climate change
Who can apply?
Associations, organizations, and local groups operating in the following municipalities: Markaryd, Älmhult, Ljungby, Värnamo, Sävsjö, Alvesta, and Växjö (outside the Växjö urban area).
When can one apply?
Applications are accepted continuously as long as there is money left to distribute. Decisions are made by a special decision group. You will receive a response from us within four weeks from the time we receive your application.
Contact us at the leader office before you start an application, we are happy to listen to your idea and guide you so that the application is done correctly.
Good to know:
The support should be used for your costs in the project except for ongoing operating costs, already initiated activities, or personal salary. We also do not provide support for investments. An investment is considered an asset that costs more than 24,000 kronor excluding VAT, and has a lifespan of more than three years. Contact us
