Media workshop for new business model and increased reach

This project is a sub-activity within the micro-support ”Startgas”.

About the project

The company Monokultur wants to develop its operations by strengthening its digital presence and creating new ways to reach customers directly. Through a media workshop together with a digital creator and video producer, the company has worked on developing its content in social media, focusing on photography, film, and brand building.

The project aims to reduce dependence on resellers and instead reach a broader audience nationally. By testing and evaluating different types of content, the company has gained new knowledge and material that can be used in future marketing and sales. The initiative contributes to strengthening the company's business model and creating conditions for increased revenue and development.

Report

They received start-up funding to ramp up their digital presence!

When the blueberry growers behind Monokultur wanted to develop their digital presence and reach more customers, an investment in communication became the next step – and the results are already visible in their growing audience.

– We thought that we want to be experts in something. Many who open a farm shop want to do everything, but we felt that we want to be the best at one thing, says Daniel and explains that this is also how the name Monokultur came about.
