Grant amounts: 24,000 SEK (max 70% of costs)
Our new grant for small business owners and individuals who want to start a business. Within this, one can apply to: Get started with a newly established business, test a new idea or conduct a feasibility study, develop new products or services, try new solutions for reuse and sustainable development, enhance the skills in the company (through workshops, lectures, and study visits), initiate collaborations or networks with other actors, as well as purchase investigation and analysis to develop a business.
The Village Lift 2.0
Grant amounts: 30,000 SEK (100% of costs)
This is the continuation of our previous micro grant Bygdelyftet, which targets associations and local groups that want to try something new and contribute to a stronger local community. One can, for example, apply to: test new solutions and concepts that can strengthen the community, find new ways to utilize existing resources such as empty spaces or local expertise, enhance the attractiveness and pride in the community, increase the quality of life for residents in the community, develop digital solutions for rural areas, and encourage local initiatives that meet future needs or challenges.

What is a micro grant?
Unlike our large project grants, what we call Micro Grants are smaller, faster, and easier. But they are no less important for that! For small business owners and volunteers, small grants can make a big difference. Our countryside has already gained new meeting places, new activities, new businesses, and new services with the help of previous micro grants, and we look forward to seeing what the new funds will contribute to.
